01

1Every great technology leader starts with something simple… a question.
2For Tosin Eniolorunda, that curiosity started early. Growing up in Ibadan, he was fascinated by how things worked.
3He wasn't simply interested in using things. He wanted to understand them — and sometimes, build them himself.
4Curiosity creates questions. Questions create ideas. Ideas create innovation.

02

1As a student, Tosin's curiosity found a direction.
2Engineering and science activities helped him develop the mindset of a problem solver.
3He went on to study Mechanical Engineering at Obafemi Awolowo University.
4Sometimes education gives you the foundation, while curiosity reveals your true path.

03

1Tosin discovered something powerful: technology could solve problems at a completely different scale.
2He moved into software engineering and joined Interswitch, developing technical and product expertise.
3He wasn't only learning how technology worked.
4He was learning how technology could work for Africa.

04

1Then came the decision every great builder eventually faces: stay comfortable, or build something of your own.
2In 2015, Tosin Eniolorunda and Felix Ike founded TeamApt.
3That ambitious technology company would eventually become Moniepoint.
4The mission was to make financial services work better for businesses and people — and the idea grew.

05

1Today, Tosin is recognised as a major figure in African fintech.
2Through Moniepoint, technology provides payment and financial services to businesses across Nigeria and beyond.
3But the bigger story isn't only about a company. It's about a mindset.
4Africa doesn't have to wait for the future. Africa can build it.

06

1That is why Tosin Eniolorunda is our Tech Leader of the Month.
2Technology education isn't simply about learning how to use technology. It is about learning how to create with it.
3To identify problems. To ask better questions. To build solutions.
4And to create opportunities for others.

07

1Maybe the next great African technology company will be built by a child sitting in a classroom today.
2Maybe the next fintech innovator, software engineer, robotics expert or technology entrepreneur is already here.
3Every great tech leader begins somewhere — with a question, a simple idea, or the courage to build.

08

1Tosin Eniolorunda started with curiosity. He turned curiosity into knowledge.
2Knowledge into technology. And technology into impact.
3At Skyfield Institute of Technology, we are preparing the next generation to do the same.
4Building Africa's tech leaders. Dream. Build. Innovate. Lead.
